Shipping Fees

• DXB and SHJ
  For Orders above 100 AED, Free shipping.
  For Orders less than 100 AED, shipping fee is 15 AED.
  Additional 10 AED for COD
• Rest of Emirates
  Minimum order requirements is 70 AED
  Free for orders above 150 AED.
  Otherwise fixed shipping fee of 15 AED
  Additional 10 AED for COD

Shipping Policy

At Safa Modest Store, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how shipping works at Safa Modest Store:

Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates):

• Orders within the Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days from the time of purchase.
• Orders within Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain will be processed and shipped within 10 to 15 working days from the time of purchases.
• Shipping rate basis our order value and location is applied at the Checkout.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping (Outside UAE):

• At the moment, we do not take orders outside of UAE.

Address Accuracy:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

• If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
